Subject: Ski Team Clothing
To: All Non-returning Ridge Ski Team members,
Please follow these guidelines when returning ski team clothing:
- Please wash all clothing prior to returning it. Ski clothing not washed will
not be accepted.
- Remember to remove all ski passes and empty all pockets prior to handing in
your clothing.
- If for some reason I am not in Room 723 when you return your clothing do not
leave it unless – there is a teacher in the room and you also place
your name on
a sheet of paper and place it with your clothing so that I can account for the
items you return properly.

The State of NJ has issued NEW medical forms for Athletics that go
into effect on MAY 1st !!!!!! As of May 1, this is the only form
that will be accepted!
Please change your team’s website (or send to your webmaster) AS SOON
AS POSSIBLE to the new form. We don’t want to return forms to
students because they are the old ones!
The Ridge Athletic Homepage is being changed today. So, if your team
website sends the parent to our page, it will be fine.
The new form can be found at http://www.nj.gov/education/students/safety/policy/
Click on Annual Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form.
That is the new 7 page form!!!
